    My apartment RECOMMENDED we use Flexpay to pay rent. We did, payment was removed from my account 07/01/2024 and cleared my account 07/02/2024. We have advised the apartment of this countless times, sent proof of payment and requested they remove late fees being added daily. They told us they would not remove the fees even though we paid through the app they told us to use. We also pay an additional amount for an upgraded apartment to have a dryer and have placed MANY work orders and called many times about it not working since the day we moved in. We also pay for valet trash, which since moving in couldnt use due to not being provided the trash can since they were out and asked me to stop calling about it and they would bring it when they got it. They refuse to remove any of these additional fees. Late fees need to be removed as this is an apartment error, compensation for having to get my laundry professionally cleaned as I will not use E. coli infested washers and dryers and there is negligence of having the repair done within 10 days in accordance ARS 33-1361 (A)(2022), trash valet fees need to be removed as this service has not been able to be used, electric compensation for the multiple times I have attempted to use my dryer under the impression it was fixed the first time, replaced the second time and turns out the back of it was wiped down and nothing further completed but work order being marked completed resulting in my clothes being ruined with mildew smells and needing to be professionally cleaned. Pictures have been attached of evidence of work orders, correspondences with flex pay, fees attached to the account, etc

    I lived in this community from 2012 until July 31st 2023. They are wrongfully withholding my security deposit in breach of my least and the landlord tenant act for *********** and tear items. I paid 250 as my security deposit upon move in in 2012, in 2017 the community went through a remodel so I moved to my most recent unit, my deposit was transferred with me. Once I moved out I was sent a bill via email (not **** as specified in the landlord tenant act) charging me $447 for bedroom carpet replacement (the only room that had carpeting in the first place), $200 for paint, and $10 for a couple missing vertical blinds slats. These are all very normal wear and tear items after over 6 years of occupancy. Not to mention at the time of my move out there was an active water leak onto the cart carpet they are saying I am responsible for. The water leak also impacted the paint, but they claim I am responsible for repainting. I have reached out numerous time via phone, email and certified mail and have had zero communication.
