I am writing to formally request a refund of the filing fees I paid to the American Arbitration Association (***) due to several significant issues I encountered during the arbitration process in my claim against Audi Tampa (Case ***************).Despite understanding that filing fees are generally nonrefundable, I believe that the circumstances of my case warrant an exception. Specifically, I have faced the following issues:User-Unfriendly Process: The ******************** process was not user-friendly, making it difficult to navigate and understand the necessary steps.Perceived Bias: The behavior and actions of the *** staff appeared to favor the respondent, compromising the fairness and impartiality expected in such proceedings. Despite the respondent company being a new company that acquired the business services of the old dealership, *** was not helpful in suggesting the next course of action on my part. Procedural Delays: My complaint had been procedurally stalled, with significant delays hindering the timely resolution of the matter. I ultimately decided to postpone the complaint for the reasons listed in my complaint. Lack of Clear Communication: My inquiries and questions were not fully answered, leaving me without adequate guidance and support.Insufficient Resolution: The process has posed no real solution to my complaint, leaving the core issues unresolved.Lack of Acknowledgment from Respondent:The respondent failed to pay their filing fee, thus stalling my complaint. Given these substantial concerns, I believe a refund of the filing fees is justified as a matter of customer service and fairness. I trusted the *** to provide a neutral and efficient platform for resolving disputes, but my experience has been far from satisfactory.I kindly request that you review my case and consider issuing a refund of the filing fees (or a partial refund of the fees) as an acknowledgment of the difficulties I have faced.Thank you for your attention to this matter.
