    In about January of 2021 we were contacted by ************* of Metro Architecture, he told us that he would draw up plans for our small house (24X24)complete and ready for submittal to Yavapai county for a building permit and would charge us $800.00, We paid him, then he began stalling, About a year later he told us that he now needed $5,000.00+ to have all the engineers do their part to the plans, not knowing better we trusted him and paid him, (that was the first scam). Still he was stalling, about 6 months later he told us that we needed a Site plan and **** and that would cost us us $6,000.00+, again we trusted him and paid him, (that was the second scam), again he was stalling, about 6 months later he said he finally found a structural and plumbing engineer to finish off our plans and that was going to cost us more (the third scam). We took an unofficial set of plans he gave ** to the Yavapai county and they told us that the plans were made for Maricopa county and would not work in Yavapai county. So for all the money and the two years waiting for him was a waist. He scammed us, we talked to other architectures and draftsmen and they all said it should not have cost at the most $2,500.00 for everything and 3 to 4 months to complete and submit plans, We want all our money he scammed us out of back and *************** license pulled.
