I purchased a license from ********************** to run a pool league in my area. I purchased my area for $8000.oo. The League stated that they would provide support and training to get it up and running and to help maintain it. This was far from the advertised truth. Along with 15 min walk through of there software I basically had to figure out how to get things up and running. There was no support or guidance for advertising, **************. Once I scrapped together a second session with a bare minimum of players, the owner sent out an email to the league and suspended my access and shut down the entire league with zero warning prior to. He sited that I was stealing and falsifying paperwork. When I tried to speak to him about this and get it back on track i was met with nothing but hostility and profanity, I was still billed and he added severe and high "penalty fees" which I did not pay as I felt that I had already lost $8000 in initial fees. I feel that this company is not being run properly to improve the game of pool which is all I wanted to do. I think the BBB should look in to the company and there practices. I would like to at least get my initial investment back but it not about the money. I want to bring attention to a company and an owner that I feel is wrong in how they run their business and they need to stop the false advertisement of full training and support. And I also feel that even though there is no complaints here that they have done this to people before.
