I rented a atv brought it back as i took it returned the helmet as well to theyre convenience i paid cash for the rental and for the deposit theyre card machine was down and they requested cash or zelle i zelled them the deposit its been months and im yet to receive my deposit back ive tried every way to contact them they either closed or just hang up on me or give me the run around that theyre investigating.Initial Complaint

Rented a rzr. Got to our destination and the rzr would start intermittently. We were stranded 3 times trying to ride. The shifter will only go into park intermittently. Radiator pouring antifreeze. Company would not answer phone calls and has a $2k deposit on hold. Product did not work and is absolute garbage. I have videos of vehicle not starting. May 28 2023. I paid to rent a supposedly nice utv for 8 hours. It was not nice, it amended like gas and made noise and was very shaky and clearly very old. No usb or stereo as promised. This vehicle drove for about two hours then the brakes went out.I contacted support and they said bring it back. I drove it back terrified and made it. They offered a larger newer vehicle and since it was my boyfriends birthday I accepted. The engine blew one block away.We left and I have attempted to contact this company numerous times for not only the amount for the rental but the supposed hold they placed on my credit card which they actually charged me for.They owe me $150 for the reservation which I made on one card and $2434 for the "hold" of $2000.00 they charged me for and the actual rental of $401.46 as well as the interest charge of $33 I am having to pay on this large transaction.I still have not received my refund as I was told I should in my second discussion with someone from this organization in an attempt to get a refund. To recap: the first person I reached said they would refund me and nothing happened. After several days and many emails with no response I finally got someone on the phone who said they used the incorrect card number. How could that happen when they have the transactions to refund from and photos of my cards????The next step she said was to try to refund again and if this didn't work to dispute the charges and the owner would accept it. I have two cards I used so this is going to get complicated real fast. It's now been almost a month since I was given two vehicles that literally blew up on me and never was able to enjoy a day's rental which ruined my boyfriends birthday. I can never get anyone to answer their main line and there is no voice mail box and Ive been trying to get someone on the phone all day work no answer and I am very angry at this point. I want a full refund as promised and authorized by the owner.Initial Complaint

In May of 2023, I booked an experience with them. I gave them the $2000 deposit, and they have not given it back to me. They claim they changed systems , however they are not giving me options on how to get money back. They stopped answering my calls. Horrible company.Initial Complaint

On 05/06/2023 we put a $2,000 deposit on a RZR, its been three weeks and I still have not received it. I emailed en me on 5/17, person assured me he would look into it. I called on 5/20 and they said when wools proceeded with the refund for the deposit the next week on Tuesday and it will be in my account on Wednesday. I called on Thursday 5/25 they said they would do it on 5/31,but to call on 5/30 to remind them. Now they are not picking up my phone calls. Aside from their vehicles being unsafe and they should not be able to rent them.Initial Complaint

03/25/2023. Rented a Razor from this company. The Razor broke down and they claim we caused it. Not true. Even a friends ***** didn't have 4X4. They used our deposit to manitenace their rig that was due to poor maintenance on thier part, not on our operating it. We have called, sent email and get NO responsbile response. According the reviews, which I should have looked at the worst, not best reviews have a pattern of this behavior and need to stop preying on the consumers.Initial Complaint

My friends and I rented 2 Polaris RZR's and a Can-Am Turbo UTV. Had a great day the team was pleasant the entire time even the first few calls to straighten out the double charges they claim happened because of the poor wireless signal in the desert. After responding to 2 phone calls from one friend and a third phone call from my other friend, they stopped responding to emails and phone calls. Processed a $2000 deposit claiming damage but providing no supporting documentation on what was damaged. A drive belt on one of the vehicles broke which is a ware item and most estimates online to repair run about $300. They also double charged my card for the daily 4 hour rental and will not refund the second amount. Looking through the complaints this appears to be a pattern with the company. Do not rent any vehicles from here you will end up in credit card dispute h*** I have 18 pages of contracts and correspondence before they ghosted us. STAY AWAY! My boyfriend and I went to Adrenaline Crew to rent 2 UTV's on 03/18/2023 my boyfriend paid them $300 which was previously agreed on via phone and was going to put a $1000 deposit for the 2 UTV's then after he paid the $300 deposit the rep behind the counter charged his card an unauthorized charge of $275 without warning for return of vehicles without gas or without being washed when I had previously spoken to them in regards to that and told them I would wash and fill up the tank before I brought it back I asked her why she charged him $275 she replied "I didn't do that ". then she said she refunded the $275 but it would take up to 5 days to go back into his account but that charge caused him to be unable to pay the $1000 deposit rep showed no empathy and did not apologize just asked for another card we asked for the deposit refund rep declined even though we never got anything that we paid for I was upset and threatened a bank dispute rep didn't even blink we left w nothing and $575 poorer it obviously was not her first time scamming people don't ever go to that place, super ghetto !!!!!
