      i had the WORST experience here with my child who was attending. my child has an intellectual disability ( a brain disease called Pollymicrogyria), he has daily seizures, he is non verbal, and was diagnosed with autism. The evaluation clinic was amazing, but the ********** was terrible. The tech who had my son knowing all his issues, and working with him for the past 2 weeks with me there, i was modelling for her how to work with my son, was teasing him, or a stronger phrase for this might be considered emotional, mental abuse. He was saying with the few approximations that he has what he wanted and she telling him and i while i was there observing, telling him that he has to say the complete word, or point to a card... knowing my mentally disabled child could not understand what she was talking about, but when he said "go away" to her directly she took the toys with her and said "fine then you cant have your toys".. these toys are comfort objects to him, and she took away his comfort objects to force him to do something he mentally, verbally, physically, could not grasp doing. I went up the chain of commands to try and get some answers, a proper investigation to be done, all i got was a long list of "sorry's", from everyone besides the tech that day, even till now not a single sincere apology, i reached out to the CEO for some answers she sent the administrative assistant to speak with me, she wouldn't even give me a direct call back, then the administrative assistant would not give me her email or a way to speak with her to follow up, not an extension or anything. This company is very shady, and i do believe the abuse of children here happens, as soon as the parent leaves, my child displays self harm after that incident, this incident happened late October 2024,my son as seriously regressed with eating, with the approximations that he did have, their techs are not properly trained, the ********** is not well supervised.
