  Ordered Engine to have installed into my car.Engine block was accident damaged and not disclosed by top tier Japan. A premium price was paid of $3200 for a USED ENGINE.Upon installation, a broken block mount for the timing tensioner was identified. Timing components are extremely critical in an interference Engine such as this ***** v6.Recommended to pull and send the Engine back, but that would cost me thousands in labor dollars. Top tier Japan offered a minimal cost return of possibly $200. I left negative feedback via **** but it has since been scrubbed away out of sight.Do not purchase a Used anything sight unseen. Buyer beware.

  Devin, theres always 2 sides to every story and you sir need to be upfront with your complaint. You are just a little bitter because you didnt get what you wanted ( as we did everything within our warranty and returns policy which wasnt good enough for you)

   

  Engine was purchased and once received by yo u, you claimed that there was a broken bolt housing to which we agreed to and provided you a full refund option and prepaid return label.you failed to return the engine and wanted money back which is not how a warranty policy works, you yourself, close the return case on ***** and left a Feedback, which was removed by a **** because you did not follow the protocol for the return.

  When you purchase an item that has a warranty. And we honored every single bit of a warranty and prepaid for the return. you did not return the engine and wanted to keep it and have money back thats not how things work. We tried to really work with you, but this was not enough.

  appreciate the response.

  Your reply simply reiterates your existing warranty policies not acknowledging that you sent a damaged Engine block or compensating for it in an acceptable capacity.

  I paid a premium price for an undamaged Engine...not one accident damaged block.

   

  The compensation i'm asking for, still falls into a standard accident sustained block price of @2300.

   

  Please refund me accordingly to compensate for your companies product miss-representation.

  Devin,

  this engine was NOT installed when you called us initially and we spoke to your mechanic at that time as well ( we have recordings of this conversation) 

  Lets refresh your memory a little bit here and also talk some common sense. When you called you had said your mechanic was inspecting engine and doing the timing components you found the tensioner housing to be broken. Your mechanic stated he will try to fix this and we assured you even then if he cannot we will take it back and issue you a full refund. WHY ARE YOU LYING AND SAYING ENGINE WAS INSTALLED ALREADY? any tech thats certified would be doing timing components , gaskets, etc BEFORE INSTALL, like in this case. 
  

   Please stop coming up with policies on your own for companies and how they should do things according to your standards.. ************ has its own policies returns and warranty including us! We honored our return policy 100% and you failed to return item and closed case ( which again is all documented)
