    Capitol Collision was polite, professional and went out of their way to find a part to fix my car that is discontinued. I recommend them highly! Also provided a loaner.

    Vehicle was sent here due to an accident from insurance agency. Vehicle sat for exactly one month and was told the week of it would be ready by end of week. End of week comes and no follow up call, I call and am advised more damage was located and it possibly wont be until middle of following week. After talking to manager vehicle is completed by end of day. *** later while sitting in my driveway I noticed the hubcap that was previously on damaged area of car that was also damaged is now on the front passenger tire STILL DAMAGED. Instead of ordering one hubcap and simply replacing it they move it to another area of the vehicle and hope you dont notice. Thankfully the damage to my vehicle was just cosmetic otherwise I would honestly be worried what else they covered up. Resolution- fix what you got paid by the insurance company to fix. I sent photos to you of all damage weeks prior to the vehicle arriving at your shop. Light photos are the ones I sent already before it arrived dark photos are the ones I seen yall were trying to hide.
