    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    These are on back order we will refund LM is on a back order and no where to ship these fast enough through any vendor

    I ordered radius rods from UTV Parts Guy almost 2 months ago and still the parts have not been shipped and the site is no longer responding to any of my messages. It seems they have scammed me now as there has been no excuse as to why the parts have taken this long and still not shipped. They said they would take max 6 days to ship and it has been ***************************************** delay from distributer. UTV parts guy is not an honest business and I would encourage everyone to stay far away.Product: Can am x3 Radius Rods Date ordered: January 30th, 2025

    Ordered multiple items on January 28. Received most of my order in my different deliveries. Contacted the business on February 5th in regards to my final product. On February 10th I was told I would get the product in 1 week. Ive received nothing. Contacted again on February 19th and they have yet to get back to me.

    I paid for radius rods on December 26, 2024 and was told they would be delivered within 3-6 days. It is now February 18, 2025 and they have not yet been shipped. When Ive reached out to the owner I have to call, text and email multiple times to get a response and when he does respond he says it will get shipped by the end of the week and it never gets shipped. He has now stopped responding altogether.
