    LOn November 21, 2023, paid AAMCO a little over $3000 to have several issues fixed, one of them being Stabilizer Bar, Sway Bar Control for this repair cost was $272.93. On December 16, 2024, I took my car for some brake work, the service advisor, ****** ********, advised me that the Sway Control and Stabilizer Bar needed to be replaced, I advised him then that was supposed to have been fixed by AAMCO, he showed me physically that the repairs had not been done and also provided pictures to support that. I have not been able to get this repaired yet because of costs, I would like to be reimbursed for the repairs that were not completed. I had AAMCO also replaced my battery that was still under warranty, however, when ***** tested on this same day it failed the load test. I would also like for them to reimburse me for the battery, $390.16.

    When I took my expedition to Aamco I requested a service of a transmission filter replacement . I made this request due to a noise when shifting into gear. After I paid and picked up my expedition I asked the tech or dispatch if the filter was replaced and He assured me it was and even gave me a description of how cooling lines had to be removed to get to transmission filter. . The noise never dissipated so I took it to the dealership. At the dealership I was told the fluid was dirty and filter had not been replaced. My transmission had to be replaced. I simply want a refund for the service I paid for but didn't get from Aamco.

    This company is an absolute joke! I guess it took them 7 months to come up with this lie. If leadership is not taking accountability, and instead making up lies to cover up horrific customer service, its no wonder the front desk rep does the same. I never spoke with the corporate office, never got past Andala at the front desk when calling to speak with management as shed hang up in my face, or demand that I tell her my issue (which she already knew as Im sure my name/file popped up when I called). I was not given a $300 discount as the amount quoted via telephone is what I paid, minus the 10% coupon I was told I could use. What actually happened is, she attempted to raise the price $300 AFTER my vehicle was towed there from the dealership (no additional work was needed aside from what was quoted). I guess me demanding that they honor the price quoted is considered a discount. I was told that I could use the coupon (and receive the discount off the originally quoted price) then it changed when I went to pick up my vehicle. In all, I do not care about this situation or this shady shop (again, its been 7 months!). I will never give them business, and I hope that others proceed with caution (record phone calls with them, especially if being given a price). No further communication is necessary.e 10% off coupon was applied. She could not explain it, saying it was already included and she already ate the price by giving it to me for $678, despite this being the price she originally informed me of. Andala is very rude, lacks customer service skills, and dishonest. I would like the 10% off any service coupon on your website for the Laveen location honored.

    Customer was given a $300+ discount on work and then asked for additional discount when paying for services, it was explained to customer that a discount was already given and we couldn't apply another discount. Customer was informed of this when they paid at the shop, ******** was informed of this when they called corporate office to voice a complaint.
