      Spent over $11000 to get my vehicle fixed by this company and good. Hopes that they are the quality that they speak of here. We are couple months down the road. After repair, I have a coolant leak on this brand new engine that I paid $11000 for now. How's it intermediate? Stall? When I turned the steering wheel and driving down the road, there's the extreme vacuum leak I had an A.S.E. Certified mechanic, look at it and has found multiple names. Multiple issues first off being that the engine that they put in my truck is only $2500. And parts that should have been replace. D, they didn't they worried about card stuff? We're really not necessary. The kicker of it all is they put rtv, silicon on an intake manifold gasket, and a water plum that doesn't need it. My vehicle had poor gas mileage, ran like c*** When I try to talk, I got Shut down. I told you it was fine. It was fine.I do not believe I got my $11000 worth. There was an injector not plugged in half of the injectors are blocked by ***. Silicone, yeah, this is not $11000. I would like to have half of my money reimbursed. Like this is ridiculous like now. I have to pay this other mechanic to fix it. Right the first time after countless months, let him out in my vehicle, and now this

      I'm sorry you are having problems. I didn't know you've had any problems because the last time you were in was May 8th. I have not heard from you since so I had no idea there were any problems going on. I am glad to fix the problem since it is still under warranty. Please give us a chance to make it right. If someone else has worked on it I hope they haven't messed some things up that would effect the warranty. I will do whatever we can to take care of you under warranty. The last time you were in the truck was towed in and you said the transmission had no gears but when the tow truck driver unloaded the truck and you came in with the truck I got in your truck with you standing there to check it out and the transmission worked fine. You got in the truck and tried and it worked fine for you to. We went on a test drive together to make sure everything worked properly and had no issues at all. Your check engine light was on and we fixed that at no charge because of being under warranty.
