So I've had to get basically. Everything replaced that this AutoShop did on my car in the last year. Replaced somewhere else because they wouldn't take me seriously about the issues that were wrong with my car, even though I explained over and over to them and took my car back. Several times for the same issue. And they stopped working with me. As soon as my warranty money ran out. Basically is what it feels like because when I tried taking my car somewhere else. That place told me that my warranty company would no longer pay out any money to get my car fixed. And he doesn't want to give me the. Refunds on the things that I've gotten replaced on my car again. After me telling him several times that those things needed to be changed, and he didn't want to do it. This ******* ***** the owner I believe. I have emails and recordings of how he talked to me. I have the after market parts that his shop put on my car and I just want my money back for the parts not even the labor time I was charged.

We understand , ********  Your concerns are valid and we do care. However when working with a 3rd party warranty company our hands can be tied by what they approvee.  We have agreed to refund you for the parts we are asking for the parts to be returned along with a invoice showing these parts were replaced. I hope this resolves your issue as we would love to have your satisfaction.  Also we had no idea your warranty company had dropped your coverage. This has nothing to do with us. Again they are a third party.  These companies are very difficult to work with and dictate much of the repair process for their clients with the aim to cover the least amount and spend the least amount which often leave with a dissatisfied customer.  Many Automotive ********************** Facilities have started declining working with them due to these practices. In fact i'd implore you to research the company many have had class action law suits against them.   I hope refunding will resolve this for you as we do care about your concern but our hands were tied by your warranty company.

I took my vehicle into the shop, needing my ignition switch removed and replaced and needed my cooling fan replaced I was told there was a problem with my alternator and I needed to pay to fix it. I was only given one option of an alternator to choose from and was not made aware there were any other options. This alternator has failed on two different occasions and has to be replaced. One of the times the alternator faulted was in the care of the auto body shop. By doing this, they also terminated my car battery. they charged me to replace the car battery that they fried. It has been several months since this incident. My alternator again has gone out upon going to the shop today. I was told by the mechanic to which I have recordings that they have known these alternators have been dysfunctional for years and suggested I replace it with one that cost twice as much meaning I have to bear 100% of the new cost. I told them that this was not satisfactory that I was never given an option between, one being known to be faulty and the other known to work well. I clearly wouldve went with the option that would allow my car to run efficiently after this. I was told there was nothing. The auto body shop could do to help me out with the price for the new alternator, and because my old alternator was still under warranty, they would replace it. Upon requesting an itemized receipt about my visit, they refused to supply me with the part number, or even the name of the alternator placed into my vehicle. They refused to give me a price breakdown of the alternator itself and a price breakdown of their parts and labor I have all the documentation necessary to prove this. I asked their manager while recording if I can get an itemized breakdown of my bill and was told their system does not do that

Customer satisfaction is very important to us, we completely understand how inconvenient a vehicle break down can be especially when it is a repair that has already been done.  We feel really good about our excellent warranty of 3 years ****** miles which covered the warranty repair on your vehicle.  Our warranty is 3x as long as our industries standard warranty.  We offer this warranty because we care about our customers and want to offer more value then anyone else including the vehicles manufacturer.  We also understand what its like to not be given options unfortunately at the time of your service 11 months and ****** miles ago there was only a remanufactured alternator available. Its the only option that was available.

We installed this part at a fair price with a excellent warranty nearly a year ago and ****** miles.   When it failed we honored that warranty. We are sorry you are not satisfied.
