    I don't understand how you have this repair shop continue with service. They damage my vehicle did the total opposite of why it went in. I ask for receipts did not give me any. The person I spoke with all the time while my vehicle being there was ****** no where to be found when I would pick up my vehicle! He even called me to tell me we can't find the problem we called carvana we will look at it and fix it for you after demaging it. The parts were pulled by force. I had the warrenty come look at it again and my vehicle has been back and fourth to the shop! Operating at work while drinking alcohol at the facility should be unacceptable but they sure are good to collect that money right away! Get off your seat and look into that facility that isn't no good and taking warranty companies money and or costumer that pay out of pocket!

    ***CUSTOMERS BEWARE***We took my wife's car in for a simple break job. They kept our Sequoia for almost 2 weeks. After we finally got our back we found the owners son personal belongings in the car..we asked them and they finally admitted to driving our car without my permission... arrived home and noticed the rotors were noticably different.. RUSTED and GRINDED on..called owner and he said they did that so the breaks wouldn't squeak..?? My wife car now all of a sudden shakes violently when she breaks... because they switched our rotors with warped rotors were .. I agree 100 percent with the other review...worst family owned business..
