    So I went to Roy's auto for a car battery in 2022. The battery was about $175 with a 3 year warranty. Within the last few months, I've had to have my car jumped several times. I went to Auto zone and they tested the battery. Results were that my battery was bad due to cranking amps. I went to Roy's Auto and they told me that I have to replace the terminals before he would honor my warranty. Auto Zone and ********** both told me that my terminals were fine. So I went back to ***** and he refused to give me a new battery under warranty. I bought a new battery from ****** and my car starts just fine now.

    This customer is 100% incorrect. Her Battery terminals were completely stripped and would not tighten down. I told her I would be happy to replace the battery but if we don't replace the two terminal ends the same thing will happen and the battery will die. She refused to have her terminals replaced at a cost of $12.00, I even told her we would take care of the labor. Her x boy friend works here if that tells you anything? She is completely irrational and angry. She's just looking for anything to get back at her boy friend which has nothing to do with our business. Over the past 30 years in business we have a  A+ rating with the BBB, you know how well we conduct ourselves and our business practices.

    First off,  I did replace the battery without replacing the terminals. And my car starts just fine every time. I have a photo of a test done at *********, it said my cranking amps failed, that it was a bad battery. I showed that to Roy's Auto and he just shrugged it off. He is treating me bad because of the fact that my ex does work there. I would like to be reimbursed for the battery I did buy because he would not give me a replacement under warranty. He never told me the terminals were $12, nor did he say anything about the labor. **** is completely lying because I'm the ex girlfriend.  He likes to take sides even with his business and that is not fair.  I was a paying customer just like anyone else. I am not trying to get back at anyone, I just want what was rightfully mine; which was a new battery under warranty.
