    I told the mechanic to replace my whole engine but instead of replacing the new engine he repaired the car and now he asking money for the replacement of the engine not repaired..I feel like Im being screwed because the repair my car not replace my engine please help me. He didnt want to show me receipts for the engine or anything he wants me to pay first then he let me see and he didnt want to let me test drive too to make sure the car is good

    Car was pick up 3/22/24 when customer came with police we show receipt of engine was bought from yard and pictures of replacement customer wanted to pay in payments and when we told him we could not release car till pay in full thats when he started saying he was not going to pay and came back with police and car was shown and paperwork to police at that time he was advised to pay or takee us to court . He paid and left with running car and was given 6 month warranty cops were witnesses to this event .

    mechanic if I paid ***** for a headgasket part and he claims he fixed it but he went and got the cheapest parts moved around some of the stuff put things in backwards and when I take it back it takes him 7 months and he still hasn't fixed it which I picked up the car thinking it was done as I took it to another mechanic I was told I took it to the shop I have a **** fire code you ***** coil or spacer and that the plugs are wrong their backwards they said they can't work on it can u redo it but I don't want the heely coil that's where th problem is coming from , but ** had every excuse in the book to not fix it after 7 months I have my car back and it is now in ANOTHER shop

    this business attempted to overcharge me for car repair. Also, automotive parts that I ordered through **** was sent to this business and stolen.

    I recently had my vehicle put in a shop in October to have my transmission replaced. Fast forward to April we start having the same problems so we call the shop and ask if we can bring in and that it's for a warranty. We get the run around to bring it in next week May 6 in which I dropped off. May 10th I get a random fb message from the owner asking for my number again so I give it to him and two days later he calls to tell me he hasnt even gotten to my vehicle that he specifically told me to bring in may 6 but he will have it checked and done by tomorrow May11. I got No call so I called and texted asking him for a response for days I called and still nothing. May 23 I reach out again asking whats going on its been too long he says h*** call me back no one has gotten to it STILL but that he thinks it might be electrical but he will call tomorrow and let me know. Still no call so I call back a week later May 26 he says he thinks its a fuse and will find out and call me tomorrow or Saturday May 27/28 still no call or response So I call him Tuesday May 31st and no response. He kept my vehicle for an entire month the last time he had my vehicle and is doing the same thing all over again and not honoring my warranty when Ive already been told it was a faulty used transmission he used on my vehicle which is why I took it back due to having paid for warranty. I called him June 3 to ask what the status of vehicle was and he had no answer for me because they are busy with other vehicles so I took it upon myself to go pick up my vehicle and take it to the dealership to have a proper diagnostic test on it which came back it was just the transmission no programming had been done and it was a faulty transmission put in. So I took it back to the shop so they can honor the warranty and now I am two months still waiting being told its just my electrical and that they just got to it after months of keeping it again I just want my vehicle back.
