    We ordered a transmission from this vendor that had a 1-year warranty. Our customer brought back his vehicle because of the transmission, and we expected A&G to honor the warranty. It took 29 days to get any sort of response and they were full of excuses. Our customer lost his job due to lack of a working vehicle. When a transmission replacement was finally brought to us it was full of metal. We have returned the transmission and A&G is refusing to give us a refund. We will even give them a 2nd core that they state we never gave them, but we will give them another core just to get a refund. We are getting the run around and the response is slow if at all. We would like our refund of $1290 and again we have stated that we will give them another core since that is the excuse that they are using to deny us our money.

    ***** claimed warranty a few days before expiration and expected grand service when they themselves never followed proper procedure in order to activate the proper procedure, let me explain in order to obtain full guarantees there must be a surrender of a core return and buyer failed to return it properly within time allotted, another issue was to prove what they claimed and no proof of return was provided as of previous ***** moths. also proper maintenance in a transmission unit will prolong the life of the trans, usually a unit will fail immediately and does not take eleven months to fail unless not properly maintained No maintenance records were provided only a purchased invoice

    We provide proper instruction at time of sale as well request. we strongly express the urgency of proper core returns, as well as clearly printed invoices with printed warnings.

    The only explanation for their inability to follow up on proper procedure is neglect and carelessness in their behalf, added to the the unprofessional manner that their management cursed and yelled at our team, that just makes it some of the reasoning for the denial of the warranty claim

    In conclusion, warranty is void and nulled and can not be honored.
