    We hired Black Tie Events to bartend a small party in our home. The bartender, *******, badly scratched our wood floor with her bar cart shortly after arriving. We have tried multiple times to contact her as she promised to take care of the damage and she has one excuse after another. The last time we tried to contact her, she didn't even respond. We would appreciate some help with this matter as this company is insured and liable for any damages caused. The date that this took place and damage was done was 12/3/22. The business was paid in full for serviced rendered that evening.Thank you.
