    about 3 weeks ago a *** called and came to my house to give a estamit on a shower package. after his talk about all the things he said we were going to do for a new bathroom we said yes. on the 13th of March two men came and took out the bath tub and in two days had replaced it with a shower. late 0n the 14th they picked up the tools and told me to sign the bill. when I ask when they were coming back to finish the job I was told we are done we don't do the rest of the bathroom. so I did not put my name on the paper. the first *** told us we would have a new ************** toilet, tile floor, even paint. I feel I owe them a fair price but I have been lied to and cheated ****** dls is to much. they also left a cracked wall that needs to be repaired. I got a letter yesterday that says they are going to file a lien on my house. that is the only time they have contacted me.

    Bath Planet came out and installed a tub and shower for my master bathroom. They finished installing the tub and shower walls on February 24th. They were supposed to contact a glass company to install the glass enclosure. I have waited almost two weeks without any glass company contacting me about the glass. I called Glass Planet last Friday about 9:30 AM asking about the glass. I did speak to someone at that time and she said that the glass company would get back to me. I haven't heard from any glass company as of yet. I called Galss Planet many times since last Friday at the customer service number ************, nobody answers the phone, left my number no one calls back. Called the Corporate number but all they do is refer you back to the customer service number that doesn't answer. I would like to have my shower completed as I have already paid in full for the project. It seems like they are avoiding my phone calls. Could you please assist me to getting my job finished?

    On October 21, 2022 I negotiated a contract with *************************************, a representative of Bath Planet. For the price of $16,269.00 I was to receive a premium package shower. I advised ****************************** that mold was in between the wall and the tile of the shower. He assured my husband and myself that the mold would be removed before the new shower was installed. ****************************** was unable to print the contract while he was in my home but he said he would send it by email. I gave a down payment of half the contract price and was advised that the shower would be installed within 6 to 8 weeks. The installer arrived yesterday 2/27/23 and began tile removal on 2/28/23. He told me there was mold in the wall and that their company doesn't take care of that. I have advised the company that their representative said the mold would be removed. Mr. ************ is no longer with the company so they do not honor his contractual promised. I did not receive the actual written contract for one month after I had paid the deposit.

    April 26, 2022. we ordered a bathtub, enclosure, faucets etc to remodel our bathroom. We did the demo. We were told all of the materials were in stock by our salesperson. We called for installation and were told the materials were not in stock and we were waiting on the shipment. June 8th I reached out as we had no communication from the company. We were told materials would ship the week of July ****th. The week of July 15th we were told we had materials in stock and could schedule our install. That same week we were called and told can't install the bathtub is not correct. They sent a tech out, 2nd time same tech to measure for the tub. He told us two weeks to installation. It is now August 19th- no tub in stock and no idea when installation will occur. I have called and emailed multiple times I am told oh well it's taking longer, you signed a contract.... I have a large family, I trusted the words of the sales person and the technician regarding materials and installation timelines. Bath Planet has had $4400 dollars towards a deposit for right at four months and I am no closer to having a functioning bathroom than I was on April 26, 2022. I need my bathroom and I am requesting to cancel my order and get a refund of my deposit. Bath Planet has done zero work on this project. I was told Tuesday **** the ** of the company has to make that decision. I am unable to get a phone number for him- I have to wait for him to call me ( ***** hours). He has not called nor communicated with me. Again terrible communication. I have lost trust in this company. Please help me get my money back so I can do my own remodel. Thank you.
