    We signed a contract with Jacuzzi Bath Remodel of AZ to install a new shower. The sale man promise the installation will be done in 1 day and before they leave they will put a rod with curtain for us to use during the time we wait for glass company to install the glass door. They came and installed our shower on 7/11/22 and 7/12/22, and before they left on 7/12/22, there are 3 items outstanding that they need to come back to finish. 1/ During the installation process, they had to open our drywall for plumbing, and there is an area of drywall about 3x3 sqft above the shower that they needed to fix. The installer had me sign the complete paper work with an amended page listing the unfinished work they need to come back to fix.2/ In our contract, they needed to install a marble corner seat for our shower, and due to complex plumbing behind the wall, they can not install the seat, so instead they need to come back to install a foot pedestal for us.3/ Due to the marble corner seat was taken away, per our phone conversation with the representative at ***** office, they will credit $1,117.00 off of our total contract price. We financed with Dividends through Jacuzzi and turned out Jacuzzi sent Dividends the complete paper work signed by me WITHOUT the amended page at the end with the full amount. They did not deduct the $1,117.00 for us.Since then, I've been calling Jacuzzi dozen times a day but no one responded. I left messages but no one called back. There are a few times I got a hold of customer care by calling the told free main number and the answer I got was they will check the paperwork and someone will call me back. It's been 10 days for us without a shower and we still have not heard a word from them.

    We have spoken to the customer and were able to find a solution. The customer has stated they are happy with the service we provided.
