    These folks charged my Mom's account for nail services on 9/1/2022 when my Mom passed away on 6/6/2022. Pretty hard to get your nails done when you are no longer among the living. Robert who refused to give me his last name and I checked the ** ********* ********** and was unable to find the Corporation listed is who I spoke with. . He texted me then was very rude when I called him. Told me he was going to charge $35 for an NSF fee which I am not even sure it is legal. Understand when there is a returned item there may be a cost, however, $35 is excessive especially when according to him they charged the wrong customer. Didn't provide much of an apology just threw his salon worker under the bus for her error. Reached out to ********* who is the Assisted Living Facility he contracts through to let them know how I was treated. None of this is okay on any level. Treating me like I was guilty until proven innocent, threatening collections, and not even apologizing when I explained my Mom passed is not acceptable. Will never refer him or his business nor work with a company who contracts with his business. One star is too many but unable not to give him one
