    We contracted this Company Back in February of this year and as of this date they have not finished the Job. We are stuck with a half finished Room with half of our roof exposed. and we have been very patient with this company. They said they under bid the Job so we agreed to pay more and they started construction again after a few more payments but now they refuse to return calls or texts and they have the stamped set of plans I need to complete the Job. I need your Help Please.

    In February, I hired Power House Remodeling to fix a leak I had in my roof. They said I needed a new roof. I agreed to allow them to replace my roof with a one year guarantee. About a month after they completely replaced my roof it rained. The exact same leak happened again. I contacted Power House Remodeling on March 24th. They said they would go out to look at the roof. They said the flashing was cracked. They would replace it the next day. They put one coat of seal on before it rained again. I reached out again when the ceiling leaked again on April 1st. They said they would be out to look at it that week. I didnt hear anything, so I reached out again on April 8th. He said he would follow up with me the next day. I did not hear anything so I reached out again on April 10th. Nothing. I reached out again on April 16th. He said that they were working up in ********* that week and would look at it the next week. I heard nothing from them. I reached out on April 27th. Nothing. I sent another message on April 29th. I have not heard anything from anyone and I still have a leaky roof and now damage on the ceiling inside the house.

    This is a contractor who was hired to perform work on my house! My insurance company paid the contractor directly! I was told later by my insurance company that I was supposed to sign the checks over to the contractor after the work was completed! I never received or seen the checks after the first check! Which came to me by mistake! After that the rest went directly to the contractor! I knew he was getting paid but I still thought he was going to finish the work! I had no reason to think otherwise until he vanished! Stopped answering my phone calls and messages! I had the insurance company try calling as well with no success! Now Im just left with an unfinished product unless I file a lawsuit against them! I need assistance! Please help if you can? I have text messages and pictures of my home left undone! I have payments made to the contractor for services that they never provided!
