Absolutely horrible contractor. We hired him to complete a massive remodel of our home. He talks a great game, seems to be very smart, friendly, willing to fix things and promises over and over and over again that he's "working on it." And yet, months go by and nothing gets finished. Doesn't supervise his workers so the jobs get done poorly because he's not there to make sure the jobs get finished right. So he offers to have them come back out and redo the work but then doesn't pay them so they hem and haw and don't want to return. Then comes up with every single excuse he can think of for why they're not coming. We're now on year THREE of this remodel, have hired attorney, filed complaints with *****, and nothing seems to get this guy to finish the job. Even told me he's in the hospital! We waited 9 months with no roof; caused irrevocable emotional harm to my special-needs kids being without a home while he took his time doing the job. ****** understand why this guy doesn't get paid, as we have held back thousands of dollars owed him upon job completion, and yet he STILL won't finish the work. Such horrible communication, won't hire a project manager, hires anyone he can find, just awful. DO NOT HIRE.

Employer - ********************************************** Phires, undocumented personnel or what he assumes to be undocumented personnel, for construction jobs once the job is done he does not pay the wages promised, owed to the employees. Legal status does not matter he does not pay. We have reached out by phone, and email, and no response back. This company has many negative reviews as an employer and as a vendor for not keeping up with contracts and defaulting on employees' wages. Do not work for him unless he pays in advance. DO NOT PAY UPFRONT JOBS UNTIL COMPLETE OTHERWISE YOU WILL NOT HEAR FROM HIM BACK. ALL REVIEWS FROM ******** PAGE. ***********************************************************************
