    I paid them 7500 for the service of renting my two vehicles on their rental car platform. I also was told to pay 200 a month for liability insurance. Their webpage did not work. When it was time to enter the payment information, an error message would say the payment platform was down. It took two weeks for them to finally get around to fixing it. I called the insurance company about the liability insurance only to find my vehicle was underinsured by over ****** dollars. Had it been in an accident, it would not have been fully covered. They then listed my vehicle on Turo. They signed my vehicle up under the name ***************************** under a personal account. Had it been under the company name as a corporate account, I would not be in this mess. I am now stuck paying a 2500 co-pay for a plan that they signed a contract for under a false name. I never met a *****************************. They never paid me commission for the rental. The commission would have been close to 1000 dollars. **** has to pay Royal Line Group directly because they had the contract with Turo under the name *****************************. The first supplement payment for the claim was paid to Royal Line Group on 2/7/24. They did not pay the shop until the week of 3/4/24, a month later. I have not seen my Escalade in 6 months. It was done a week ago but we are still waiting on RoyalLine Group to finish submitting the payments to the shop. They refuse to pay me my commission or pay the deductible that they signed a contract for. They also go by the name Royal Rentals and Royal Enterprises. My contract says Royal Rentals but payment was sent to the Royal Enterprises. They are a car rental company with locations in **********, **. , ***************, and Miami.

    This company screwed me over. When they gave me the rental, the gas meter was almost on "E". The car was shaking the whole time I was driving and didn't feel safe at all. I also noticed the car was leaking from the back a lot when I was putting gas in the car. When I tried to reach them to talk about the shaking, they would not pick up. When I dropped off the car, the guy that took the keys was extremely rude and dismissed about the problems I brought up with my experience. I also noticed that I got charged twice the agreed upon rental amount. I am filing a dispute with my credit card company, be careful.

    Hello , I am sorry that you had a bad experience, but your experience did not happen with our company. We have never rented a car to you and I do not know why you are leaving this review. Please remove your complaint or send me proof that you have rented from Royal Rentals LLC. I hope this is just a mistake because we take this very serious and complaints are detrimental to our business. Thank you
