I have always been kind and accommodating to the owner, as I have waited 3 months to either 1) get the promised work done (for which I paid 180 dollars down) or 2) get my 8 old films and 8 old dvds and $180 back. I posted this review on ****** reviews 6 days ago, and since have tried calling when there was no answering machine to take messages, and leaving a message with no response. All I am asking for is that the owner picks option 1 or two. Here was my review, which he did not respond to: Hi ****. The rating has nothing to do with the quality of your work, as I haven't seen your work, since I excitedly dropped off 8 precious films and 8 videos on December 1, 2024. However, despite my patiently waiting, deadlines you yourself set have not been met (several times) and you have not responded to messages left for you and for the last week have not been answering your phone. Please contact me to let me know when and where I can either 1) pick up the dvd's and thumb drives (and original materials) you promised containing my 8 films and 8 video transfers. As you know, I paid for half on December 1, 2024 and was looking forward to paying for the other half when I picked up the original materials and completed transfers on the dvds and thumb drives, as promised, or 2) If you won't have time to complete the transfers within the next week, I understand that things happen. Please just let me know, and I'll pick up the 8 films, 8 videos and the refund of $180. I had heard that your work is good, but due to illness in the family, I need to have the job completed as we're approaching 3 months since drop off and I don't think it's reasonable to have me wait more than 3 months from the drop off date. I sent in a tape to AZ Digital Transfers over a month ago. I have been given the run-around on the phone, being told that "it'll be converted by this weekend" over and over again. I have called and emailed numerous times, and I still have yet to a) receive the digitized video and b) the original tape back. I do not appreciate being very misled about the completion time multiple times. I want both action items completed now. This is LONG overdue.Initial Complaint

We prepaid in full for this service and were verbally given a 2-3 week turn time. This business lied about completion date multiple times. I called today and they pushed out the date again. I gave them a deadline of this Friday and was told I couldnt do that. So, I asked for our materials to be returned and for a refund, since the job had not even been started. ****, the owner, said we could not have a refund or the materials. I had to go into his shop and demand that he return the materials. He threatened to call the police and told me that the materials are his property because we hadnt paid him. I reminded him that we had paid him in full up front, and he still claimed that he had no obligation to return our materials, and that they legally belonged to him. He reluctantly returned the materials, but stole our money. It is not a large amount, but he never even began the project and created such a nightmare to try to recover our property. Sadly, we had not read public reviews on this business prior to engaging them. The majority of public reviews indicate that this is an extremely dishonest and unethical business with horrendous customer service, and what we experienced is what most customers of this business experience.Initial Complaint

I found their business online to do a digital transfer to flash drive and DVDback in November. I was told that it would take approximately six weeks and paid for the service when I ordered the products. Ive been waiting patiently. It is now the middle of April. *** tried to contact them several times via phone email and have only been able to talk to someone two times -the same guy whoever he is. I keep being told that its in the works and on the last conversation that the work was done and they are going to be sending it back to me the next day. That was a month ago. Its very frustrating to deal with Companies when they say one thing On the website and then this is the crappy service that you get. I need help resolving this issue.Initial Complaint

Hello, I hope you can help me. At the beginning of November I placed an order with this company:AZ Digital Transfers *************************************************** I asked them to digitize two 3/4" videotapes, which I sent them ***** confirmed the delivery took place on Nov. 9th.). AZ Digital confirmed the order (#*****) via email. And since then I've heard absolutely nothing. I've emailed and called them several times (their phone always goes to voicemail) and have received absolutely no response of any kind. These tapes are one-of-a-kind and I would hate to lose them forever. If you can somehow get AZ Digital to complete the job and/or return my tapes I would really appreciate it. I dropped off 7 reels of film (5-3" reels, and 2-5" reels) to be transferred to digital on May 31, 2023. I was told when I dropped them off that they would be ready in 4-6 weeks. I dropped off 2 more 3" reels on June 28, 2023 and was told he would not charge me for them, but they would add approximately 3 more weeks to the entire order. So, according to that estimate they should have been ready around August 2, 2023 (9 weeks). I called called numerous times after August 2nd to get the status and never received a call back, I sent an email and never received a response to that either. So, I would just call and call until someone answered. Finally on September 7th, someone answered. They told me that my order isn't ready, but they would try to have it done by the end of the week. I called back a week later and they told me that it wasn't ready, but they would try to get it done. I pointed out that the original 9 weeks has now turned into 16 weeks and he said, yeah these projects take 4-16 weeks. I told him that I was concerned because all they do is keep pushing out the date and I don't understand why I'm not getting my product. Then he said the same thing, I'll try to get it done this week. As of today, it has been 19 weeks. I already paid $103.00 on 5/31. The invoice I paid off of says Invoice #*******, which can't be correct. Now when I call this business I get a message referring to another phone number, and that the other phone numbers mailbox is full. I live in a different city it's a long drive. If he's not going to complete the job NOW, I want all of my reels of film back asap and a refund. If he can complete the job NOW and give me the digitals and reels of film, I will gladly pay the balance, but I am not waiting any longer not knowing what's going on with my film or if I will ever get it back.
