    We contacted the business to come out and clean our fireplace and chimney. They promised a cleaning of ***** once the tech arrived they tried to upcharge us alot. informed us that our chimney is unsafe and needs to be replaced alot of money, it is unsafe and he has video to prove. we rent so we contacted our landlord. he said that is not possible becuase i maintian it throughly thourhgout all the years and just had it cleaned last year. we have only used it 5 times. so he said just go ahead and do the cleaning. which the tech was rude about and he agreed to invoice the statement and the video proof. we have not recieved a invoice that is correct and paid our money as well as attempted multiple times to contact the store and requerst a manager. just to get the video, they took our money and they screen our calls and hang up all the times we call refusing to let us speak to a manager. it is now 2 weeks and i have not had any contact with a manager or the invoice or the video, its not acceptable behavior for a business and hangin up multiple times from a paying customer is far from acceptable at all. i would like this addressed and i would like my money back. please help us. you can call the store yourself and request a manager they will question you and the monent to ask who will call they refuse to give tou a name and they will refuse to contact you back, this is our safety of our home and is a request of our landlord adn we are having horrible experience. please help us with this
