It seems that there is a consistent sales strategy across the reviews that already have been made. They are using the same tactic with us. They first contacted me back in Aug 2024 stating that our previous supervisor had obligated us to purchase 12 galloon of ****** and that they had already sent the first 6 galloons lst year. They told me that in order to close and meet our obligation that I had to purchase the remaining 6 galloons of ******, reluctantly I agreed. It's now Oct 8th 2024 and I have been contacted by *** this time. Left a message, I called back, gave the receptionist his extension and name and she immediately asked for mine, I declined, and low and behold there isn't any to be reached at that extension and I was asked to leave a message, I also declined since I've seen this number pop up on my caller ID 3 times this morning. I added he'll call back. I've seen this scam before. Don't fall for it!!!Does anyone want to guess what their reply to this review will be? discount? communication? this account has been closed?

This company is out to rip you off ?I got a call from the fastest talking salesman ever. He talks me in to a "trial" box of Blue Fire ice melt. Somehow (I still can't believe it) I agreed. The next day I came to my senses and phoned to cancel it. Another person told me it had already been shipped to ****** so I said "whatever". I then got harassed several times in regards to my unpaid bill. The most expensive 50 lb pail of ice melt ($462.50) finally arrives 4 and a half months later. I'll pay the bill. I got royally sucked in. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY !!!!They don't allow for a ZERO star rating !!!

We are sorry for any communication problems between ******************* and Pioneer. ******************* verified this order which the total product was billed with a 25% discount plus freight and tax. His account is closed and nothing will be shipped or billed to them again without a hard copy PO# in house.
