I was informed that University of Phoenix degrees were useless so as soon as my first class was done I tried to transfer. I called many times and each time I was transferred to the records department I couldn't get through. They claimed it was difficult to transfer to that department. The few times I got through no one answered. I was hung up on before a voice came to the phone or just cut off. Finally in May I used my account to transfer the transcripts that way and paid $15 for them. As of today they never sent the transcripts over to the University of **********. I had to drop out and apply with the University of ********** basically starting all over. They stole my time and money.

I enrolled in a class at this school after many obstacles to find out that my transcripts were not received. This was revealed to me AFTER I started the class. After less than *********************************************************************************************************** that everything was fine with my enrollment process. I am now being told that I have a balance of $540 for a class that I was enrolled in for 1/2 a day. This is robbery at its worst! This school lured me in with false scripts. I have read reviews now that I wish I would have seen beforehand of how they are fraudulent and deceptive.

The University Of Phoenix is charging me for classes when I havent been enrolled in a year and havent attended/completed school work since 2020. They have charged me $12,000 and continue to charge me more every day. I dont know what to do. They havent helped and Ive reached out multiple times. I want those fraudulent charges gone. Im not attending so why are they charging me for courses? My student loans have been returned to the lender. They are now just charging me and putting me in more debt everyday.
