      I reached out to Tint 360 less than 24 hours after having my vehicle tinted by them due to my ambient lighting not working. The owner called me in the morning denying responsibility. He threatened to call my General Manager if I left a bad review or told people of my experience. He texted me saying Please send the photos and videos of the lights not working to this text thread along with a photo of the door panel and where the module is located. We do not need to contact anyone at the dealership. In the ****************** website, you are listed as a service advisor. I told him that is my job title but my dealership has nothing to do with the situation. He told me if I had a problem, then I would have brought the vehicle back to the tinting facility instead of to *** certified technicians, so that his team could look at it. He told me in the meantime I had my vehicle taken apart and sent him a bill for $900.00. I texted him that I wanted to be sure it was not a loose connector or manufacturing defect before making them aware and that the ESTIMATE was sent over per Baileys request. At 12:00, I apologized for the delay and sent video showing the ambient lighting not working and the location of the faulty connector in the door panel. At 12:27, he asked if I had photos from when I was driving to which I responded, I do not, no. I was driving and was honestly hoping it was a fluke or loose connector with the vehicle and not due to liquid. That's why I had my technicians take a look at it before reaching out. I did not want to call you guys and start an issue if it was an actual fluke or if maybe a connector was just loose. I have yet to receive a response. At about 19:30 that night, I was emailed the liability waiver twice. My tint job just went from a $865.00 service to a $1,700+ service and repair. I have had no communication since. I am extremely frustrated with the situation. My vehicle has less than ***** miles and I had no issues with the lighting beforehand.
