      Although I am filing this complaint against Oldcastle APG for the ******* pavers used at my home, please note that the complaint is also against Beyond Brick **********. Neither company will provide resolution.In October 2020, Beyond Brick in ****** installed ******* pavers in my driveway, front walk, and entrance to the house. Over the past 2 years +, the pavers have faded significantly. They don't look like the ones I chose for the project. In June 2023, I called ***, the owner of Beyond Brick, who came to the house to see the condition of the pavers. He agreed that there is significant fading, but said that there is nothing he can do. His "job" was to install the pavers and now it is in the hands of ***************** (*******) who appear to be part of Oldcastle APG, Superlite Location in *******. A representative, ******, from ******* came to the house and agreed that there is significant fading. He tried to put the blame back on Beyond Brick for their installation. However, he then said that sometimes fading happens and we are not warrantied for that. I don't see any indication of that in the literature. ********************* that he would absorb a little bit of the cost for materials to coat the pavers, leaving us with the bulk of the expense - $2,000. I told him that this is unacceptable, that the pavers are not what we chose, and we expect him to send someone to powerwash them professionally and he said "no." We feel the pavers are defective and need to be replaced. We accompanied him to a house up the street which had the driveway done years before us, and this driveway shows no sign of fading. It has maintained the color that they chose. I don't know how to upload their 144 page product catalog but the lifetime warranty included on the last page of the catalog does not include any mention of fading. It only says that color matching can not be guaranteed in the case of breakage, chipping, etc. caused by impact, abrasion or overloading, not the case with us.

      The specific complaint is that they won't guarantee against fading. I don't see that in the literature and they won't share it with me. They are not standing by their product. It looks nothing like the original pavers that were installed.
