    Paid over 2000$ for 14 yards of concrete. Spent a week preparing the backyard for a patio. Pump and concrete arrived, but first truck was having issues with clogging. Truck driver was screaming obscenities so loud neighbors called police. Truck driver added so much water to concrete that there is now divots in the finished product that leave huge puddles. By the time concrete was poured, it was 2 hours late. Past the time allotted for concrete to be poured. Concrete had dry spots in some areas and totally soaked in others. Left a huge mess in neighbors decorative rock and gutters. Took a week to clean up. Left a mess on the preexisting concrete that had to be scraped off. Almost broke AC unit with pump.

    This is **** from Fusion ready mix , we are working on making things right, might not be as fast as she would like due to the holidays. We cleaned up the mess already just need to fix the concrete problem. I have a meeting with them on Thursday at 230pm
