I took a mirror into their store to have them sell it at a consignment. It was on November 15th 2023. They aren't supposed to donate it for 3 months. When I went into the store on December 6th I asked about my mirror and they said they donated it. I asked him why they would donate it and they said because one of the customers had broken the mirror and it shattered. I asked them why wasn't the customer responsible for breaking it and they said that it was up to the customer if they wanted to pay for it or not so they didn't pay for the damage. I said Well it's my ************ want it back and they said that they didn't have it anymore. In the contract that I signed it says that they are not responsible for lost or damaged items it will not pay the consigners if they vent and item is lost or damaged. I understand that but they had no right to donate it it belonged to me and I wanted it back. It's not supposed to be donated for 3 months out and it wasn't even a month that I had it in there. They had it valued at $30 when I went in there shortly after I had consigned it so I want $30 credit for the store or $30 back in cash.
