    DO NOT HIRE *******! He may or may not be sick but no matter the outcome you are dealing with someone who will not follow up , make excuses, and lie. He told us the *************** was causing an extended delay and when we asked the city, they were able to prove ******* was the delay. This delay was over 30 days waiting on what *******. He then told me wife he was on vacation and then told me he was in the hospital. We feel for him if he is truly sick, but if that is the case why not turn our file over to ANYONE who can complete the job?? Why not adhere to our request to full copies of our file so we could find a replacement.? Do yourself a favor and find someone else. His delays has caused us the loss of a variance we had paid for ; we have asked him for a refund of this amount several times and the topic is ignored.
