      I have been trying to get a finalized bill from Konica since I cancelled our account. They continue to not send the finalized bill and ignore my questions, but then continue to charge our account every day even though we cancelled prior to our contract termination date. I have attached a PDF which includes all correspondence I have had with them. This includes my most recent conversation with their representative, *****, in which I explained again that I am happy to pay our final bill and send back the printer, but I do not feel comfortable paying past that date since they were not answering my questions about what the total amount was to close out our account. Still to this day, including their last message to us on April 5th, they are not telling me a total of the bill. They also sent the last message to an email that is no longer in use by us, I only saw the email because I was looking for records in that email. They addressed it to *********************** on behalf of me. *********************** hasn't worked here since 2019, and that is when that email stopped being utilized as well. I am a co-owner of this business, and if they knew anything about their account they would be aware of that and would talk to me directly. As I said to *****, I am more than happy to pay the invoice for $307.03 even though I think that is also more than we should have to pay, and send our printer back, however, I need confirmation that in doing so our account will be finalized. -- SEE ATTACHED PDF for all timeline details and emails between us
