Unfortunately, I did not have the greatest experience with this company. I should have read the BBB's reviews prior to agreeing to the service. So far, the quality seems ok, but the work was not completed in a timely manner and/or as promised. The customer service was not acceptable as they had promised the work to be completed on July 3rd. Of course, there was a holiday the following day and no one got back to me until the 5th. Ultimately, I was out of not one, but two functioning bathroom sinks for almost 3 days!! I was very upset as you can imagine!

Read your contract carefully! Pretty deceiving sales process. **** (from Sales) visited us and he was very professional and well-spoken; he showed samples for the island and sink, and we discussed a tile backsplash as well. We were looking at another contractor, so we didnt respond to them right away, and they offered a big discount, so we decided to sign with them. Before the installation, an installer came to our home to take final measurements of the counter and asked if we were told that the island would have a seam down the ********************. NO! We were never told this during the sales process, otherwise, we would not have selected Granite Transformations. We called ****, and it was a back and forward discussion between the Regional LeadThomas, ****, my husband, and ***************** and said, I did tell you; it is part of his sales speech and he repeats it like a robot, so I know I did,. Whats more, ****** said, the word seam is in your contract; you should read your contract. I always do. It does NOT say a seam in middle of slab, it just says seam which in our mind included the edges around counter and/or around sink. Basically, he called us liars. ***** on us for not asking more questions. We strongly do not recommend Granite Transformations.
