    **** took over my fathers returns in 2021 and proceeded to give tax advice on setting up an S corp election to take advantage of its benefits for one of the entities. Unfortunately it seems he failed to advise or understand himself that there would be more compliance to come along with this election. We just received a notice from the *** that a Form 941 was filed but no W-2 was filed in 2021 and there is a pending 25k penalty because of the difference. I am currently helping my father rectify all the mistakes that were made during the tenure Integrated Accounting Services LLC was working with my father. They failed to file multiple payroll forms, both for State and Federal. They overdrafted for estimated payments, failed to complete returns in a timely fashion, and most importantly lacked any kind of communication. Communication has been awful and it seems they are having trouble understanding what work they even did during the time they worked with my father. It has been a nightmare going back through and fixing everything. I am hoping they will dedicate some time to helping fix their mistakes because they are costing my father way more than any value brought.

    New business beware! This seems like a good, entry level cpa for a new small business. I was wrong. I've had my accounts overdrawn by IAS on more than one occasion. The left hand doesn't seem to know what the right hand is doing, ever. If you want to ask **** a question......it'll cost ya! Have had 5-6 different reps on my account over a 2.5 year period. They take your money every month but don't do anything. They will have to file extensions every year because they can't do their job on time. Any *** off the street would know more about accounting and taxes than this group. You get what you pay for, I guess.
