      I called MMI in 2020 . I was broke thanks to the COVID-2019. I had my part-time job and ton of debts on my credit cards. I had to feed myself and pay bills somehow. I could not handle it. I was depressed because of it. My friend suggested me to call MMI, telling theyd help me. I did it. We did it. As I said I had a huge amount of debt. It was long for me but smooth process. In five years I became debt free ?? thanks to MMI. Thank you , MMI Team , so much for helping me to become debt free.I would never do that without you!Keep helping people to get rid of their debts. ??

      It's a non-profit debt relief organization. In the murky waters of debt consolidation, this crew is the **** coast guard pulling you out of the chop by helicopter. Debt is madness-making, and if you're a finance dumdum like me, you need all the patient hand-holding you can get. I never once felt judged. Only supported.

      I reached out to MMI in April 2024, already four months behind on my mortgage. I was overwhelmed and hopeless- until I met ***** *****. She became my lifeline, guiding me through every step, providing resources, and standing by me like no one else had before.Over 16 months, I applied for assistance from my servicer four times -each time delayed by document requests or miscalculated income. ***** never gave up. She advocated for me, explained every step, and helped me keep going when I wanted to give up.We ended up with a repayment plan - not ideal, but I walked away with something just as important: confidence and hope. Naomis support reminded me I wasnt alone.If you ever have a chance to work with ***** or anyone at MMI - take it. Youll be in the hands of people who truly care, who will fight for you when you cant do it alone.Thank you, *****. You helped me survive the hardest time of my life.

      MMI did exactly what they said they would do and they saved me from problems caused by the Pandemic and loss of some income. My credit score is very good because of how MMI resolved my problems.

      So glad I called them!!! Got me totally out of debt . Worked with my credit card companies and worked out a payment plan I could afford!!! I highly recommend them!

      I already had to leave a complaint about MMI not even a week ago, and yet here I am again. Despite making my DMP payment, I have just received a notice from my bank that I have a delinquency due to MMI not paying them. This has negatively impacted my credit score and completely violates the entire purpose of working with MMI to begin with, which was to save my credit and get out of debt. DO NOT work with this company!

      Hi ******* all but one of your accounts are current. One needs to have it's due date extended to align with your disbursement date. Another shows a small past due amount, but it was reported prior to your engagement with us and the creditor will not report late if payment is received every 30 days. We called on 6/12 to discuss this, and show you have since returned the call. We encourage you to call, chat, or email us to discuss the accounts when you suspect something is wrong.

      I called them and told them I was about to go delinquent on my credit card and needed help, they told me that because I am unemployed that they will not help me. I have a few hundred dollars to stretch if I could be helped from drowning in interest, but no, they'll discriminate against you if you're unemplpoyed. I do not recommend this service
