5 starsCardConnect and my representative, ***************************** are fantastic!Several years ago, ****** (the Fun Guy) contacted me and told me that he could save me money. I had heard that before, many times, so I was hesitant to share my current statements with him.After hearing his claim, I thought about it and convinced my wife to at least look at his numbers. (She's the boss, you know!)He was right! It saved me a lot of fees that everyone else tried to "hide" in the overall bill. 5 starsPeninsula Publishing. As a company which receives book orders exclusively by telephone and internet, we do not process credit cards physically. Instead, Card Connects virtual terminal is perfect for us. Super ease of using a computer or cell phone for inputting payment info -- processing AMEX in addition to MC and **** a fair and reasonable commission rate handling pci compliance next day deposits to my bank and best of all, my own rep for questions and help, 24 x 7. In particular, I have Card ****************** who is knowledgeable, helpful, patient, articulate and with a friendly, collegial manner. Three cheers for Card Connect!Review fromKelly B
