  Great credit card merchant service! We have an auto repair business with six locations and have tried different processing companies over the years. Weve been with them for about 8 years now. Card Connect Paradise is the best! Their rates are the lowest, and the customer service is superb! *** and the team are very quick to respond to any issues that arise and answer any questions we have. We highly recommend *** and the team at Card Connect Paradise!

  I recently updated my service with Cardpointe, and the assistance on ***************************** was most helpful. When ever I have had a question, he has taken care of it, and follows up afterwards. That is rare and most welcome in business today.

  I have been working with Cardconnect for over 5 years, and have been very happy. They have been very good with reviewing our processing amounts and making sure that the rates charged are as low as possible. The customer service is so good - access to a human when issues arise, rate adjustments as applicable, and good communication with me regularly. Highly recommended.

  Excellent ***************** I inquired about their service and had a call back that afternoon. We have been working with Cardconnect for the last few months, and when ever I call with a question or need help, I either get our representative on the phone or have a return call on the same day. The web portal os also extremely easy to access all the monthly reports I need.

  I own a small business, ****************************, in ********, **. I have used different processing companies over the many years and have been with Cardconnect for the past 4 years. It has been the best customer service I have found. If I have a question, my rep ****** responds quickly and fixes everything. I will probably stay with this company until I retire.

  I wish I could rate this company a zero. They setup my partner and I for card processing, and it was without a doubt the most miserable and unprofessional experience I've ever had. We literally processed 3 transactions for less than $150, and they closed our account without warning or a reason. They told us that we violated their terms of service, because we processed our own card, which their rep had us do while on the phone with him for a "test". To make matters worse, they weren't even going to let us know. They claimed they were going to "send a letter", instead of the calling or emailing, which seems a little ridiculous, when someone has to make payroll, and has employee's who depend on them. To go a step further, they were going to let us keep processing payments. Which wouldn't you believe it, they hold for a minimum of 180, but can be released "at their discretion." Which I can't be for certain, but it would seem they wanted us to keep processing, and just not release our funds. In my opinion, without a doubt, the most unprofessional and unethical company I have ever worked with. (and I'm in sales.) The only good thing they did, was send me an email asking for a review. HAHA I would never tell someone what to do with their business, BUT if you like honest companies, if you expect someone to honor their word, or do what they say their going to do, or honestly if you just want to receive the money you EARN, I would highly encourage you to look for a different company for your payment processing needs. If they reach out, or attempt to make this right, I'll update this response, but based on the service I've received, I doubt anyone even checks these.
