    *************************** was hired earlier this year as I had some credit issues I wanted handled. I understand it doesn't happen over night. However every call to her or email was met with a very negative response and telling me I would be receiving information from credit companies in the mail. It is now 10/2/2022 I have not received anything from any company. I paid $400 to this company in good faith. I have hired a new company and they have confirmed NO DISPUTE OF ANY TYPE was filed on my behave. I will now follow up with a small claim court action and request my full refund

    I would like to take this opportunity to respond to Mr. ******* comments. Since my first interaction with my ****** to present I have experienced an very disgruntled man who has been very demanding and extremely rude. His contention was he hasnt obtained the outcome he desired within his timeframe and demanded a refund which he is not legally entitled to. Since that point I have received numerous derogatory messages with threats from **************** which have now crossed the line as abusive in nature . His constant oppression is interfering with my ability to conduct business. I informed ****************** will no longer respond to his derogatory comments.I provided him with the info of my statutory agent should he wish to pursue legal action against my business. He is aware a counter claim for damages will be filed against him in that event

    Update Formal complaint filed with ******* Attorney General ************************* ALSO - CFPD STATES -Demands payment upfront: *********** wants you to pay before it provides any services. Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act, credit repair companies cant request or receive payment until theyve completed the services theyve promised. Some companies will structure monthly payment plans to avoid this requirement, and you should know that no form of upfront payment is legal. A simple rule to follow is Dont pay upfront. If the company uses telemarketing such that the Telemarketing Sales Rule applies, the company may not request or receive fees until it has provided you with a credit report generated more than six months after the promised results that shows the results.
