      Since 2018 Ive been making truck payments to Vantage West. Today I just found out that I have savings account that I never knew. They said it is -$70. What the heck??? Once my truck is paid off I will NEVER ever use Vantage west or open any account with them!!!

To establish a membership, it is a requirement to have what is referred to as a Share account. This acts as a savings account and makes you part owner of the Credit Union. This is a standard requirement for most credit unions.People can become members either directly by visiting a branch, opening a membership online, or indirectly by taking a loan at a participating auto dealership, which sounds like the scenario you are describing. These details are disclosed in the paperwork you receive when opening your account. We hope this clears up any misunderstanding. If you have any further questions, we are happy to help.       I cant believe that Ive dealt with a bank that not even knows the process of the loan the customer service representative misguided me and the bank branch have no connections and *************** they have no answers or not even care about the customers wasted two days of work and paid the full amount and additional fees for expediting the title and lien removal and nothing happened only what I received is sorry and apology

      DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH VANTAGE WEST!!! They lie, they don't do what they say they will do, "customer service" is NOT customer service, they're terrible with communication. They say they have branches all over the valley, but they don't. They have a few other credit unions that they work with that can't do anything. They force you to drive to one of their locations to pay without a $15 fee. There is absolutely nothing beneficial about this credit union. Don't waste your time or money with vantage west!

      This bank received a receipt for a dispute.Their customer purchased at our location, we have them on camera they used a chip card , they signed the receipt ,they received the goods ********* denied the proof and gave their customer the money . They basically helped the customer steal goods.the chargeback department was in shocked and cannot understand.This bank is terrible and dishonest and they help their customers steal from businesses. I am a social media influencer and i will post videos , ratings all over .

      I purchased a truck and got it financed through Vantage west. I made two payments. On my second payment they double charged me. Now I have no money and have to wait 1 to 3 business days before they can return my charge. I am very very very dissatisfied with their service.
