    On December 15th, I went to my dental appointment for my 6 months cleaning the dental hygienist said hey are you having problems flossing and I said No then she takes another tool and I just assumed that she was doing some intensive cleaning when I got back home and saw there was a space in between my teeth. I called the dentist the next morning and made them aware of it while speaking to the front office informed me that the dental hygienist was a temporary worker.It was very frustrating because I have been going to this location for years and yes have experience billing errors I have dealt with but nothing to my teeth. When I arrived on Friday, December 16th at around 9:00 am I spoke to the front desk agent ***** whom I asked to speak to the manager *********************** who was insulting.She said she would have the dentist see me. When the dentist finally came in with another dentist and Himself. His name was ************************ started intuiting that is how it looks like it was and I stated no it wasnt, I have been coming to this location for years and you guys can pull other X-rays, and see it was not like this. Your worker made the mistake and it should be corrected. The Dentist ******* ****** continued his rude, disrespectful, and belittling attitude I told him I had to go to my daughter's event and that this was just wasting my time if they were not going to take responsibility and have the mistake fixed this conversation was pointless. He mention they had an orthodontist at their location then no further action was taken.
