      On 01/20/2023, I contacted Omni Dermatology, ********************************************************************** via my Patient Portal to request a copy of my medical records. At that time, **** advised me I needed to come into their office to sign a Medical Records Release form. On 01/23/2023, I made an in-person visit to Omni and I completed/signed a Medical Records Release form that included instructions for them to fax my records to the ***************************** Clinic, Fax #************. The receptionist stated they would get the records faxed "...right away...".On 01/25/2023, I sent a follow-up email to Omni via the Patient Portal asking if they had faxed my records to the ** Clinic but I received no response.On 01/27/2023, I contacted the ***************************** Clinic via phone call at ************ to determine whether they had received my records from Omni. Their spokesperson told me they hadn't so she would try to contact **** directly in an effort to get them herself.On 01/31/2023, I re-contacted the ***************************** Clinic to ask whether they got a response from **** and their answer was negative.Therefore, after my repeated efforts to get my medical records faxed to a new dermatologist that was referred to me by my primary care physician have been repeatedly ignored by ****, I am requesting assistance from the BBB to resolve this matter. It should be noted that I was diagnosed with skin cancer during my last visit at Omni, and they had no problem contacting and harassing me repeatedly for payment even though my insurance provider paid them already. Thank you for any assistance you can provide me.
