    I'm extremely disappointing with TestoPrime, due to them not honoring the words on their website, which clearly states; We offer a 100%, no questions asked, no hassle whatsoever, lifetime guarantee. And on the same page of their website, it states; We will refund your investment, every single *****, and wont hold it against you. Well, obviously thats not true! Based on their emails and the link they shared with me (a link directing me to small print - basically, stating they will not refund your money). It seems to me, there are conflict and/or misleading statements on their website. I repeatedly quoted their words on their site back to them, but they kept ignoring my original concerns, which was not fully addressed by TestoPrime. Again & again, I direct their attention to the wording on their website, stating We offer a 100%, no questions asked. no hassle whatsoever, lifetime guarantee & We will refund your investment, every single *****, and wont hold it against you. I dont understand why theyll state these words and not hold true to them. Is this what they consider - No hassle whatsoever? That is just bad business, misleading customers, and making untrue statements also know as LIES!Now, TestoPrime is willing to offer me a discount on my next order or other products that *** help me. It wouldve been nice if they lead with this offer weeks ago - but instead, they decided not to honor their own guarantees on their website. I told them THERE WILL BE NO NEXT ORDER. I will never purchase products from this company ever again. And, I will make sure everyone I come in contact with who is considering trying a TestoPrime to stay far away from this company. Not because it didn't work for me - but due the companies lack of integrity and lies.I'll be sure to share my experience with others to warn them about how TestoPrime does not honor their words when it comes to their products they offers. *WARNING* DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! SCAM!

    I purchased a three month supply to give the product a true trial. Directly on their website, in dozens of locations, littering the site, Testoprime states, :100% Satisfaction, Lifetime Guarantee." Since they state their policy is a "Lifetime" guarantee and it is "hassle free" and that "any reason" is acceptable, I thought, no worries. Wrong. I noticed no improvements whatsoever. When I requested a refund, the agent literally said that's too bad. Testoprime will only refund unopened returned bottles. How the heck are you supposed to try the product without using the product. TOTAL AND COMPLETE RIPOFF. The folks that run this company are scum.
