1 starCalled my company attempting to tell me they are a subsidiary of ****** and that my information for my business listing is inaccurate. Proceeded to then read their script over me asking to be put on their Do Not Call listing. refused to listen to me until I requested directly for their supervisor to be put on the Do Not Call list. Attempting to intimidate me with information and then tell me to pay them for a service I already handle directly with ****** itself. My Experience was frustrating and highly unprofessional with their Cold Calls.Review fromHilary A

5 starsBizIq, is by far the best company I have ever worked with. First and most importantly is that these folks a honest, professional and on it at all times. I call them my "A" Team, as they do everything for me. I really don't understand all that technical stuff but they keep me up front and with 5 stars. Please consider BizIq, as your marketing company. 1 star****** is trash. Don't call me up and lie to me. I get that you're out fishing for new clients by cold calling them but don't lie to me to try to get my business. First, there is no way to change ****** to show hours of operation to "by appointment only". The sales rep for ****** told me that he could fix the issue and that upset me because it's a lie. This is a known problem with ****** listings. There is no special arrangement between ****** and ****** that can fix this. How aggravating to be lied to in order to try and secure a customer! Second, there is no issue with our listing. We are the number one place that comes up every time. Please, don't try and manipulate me by exaggerating the truth and absolutely don't lie to me to get me to purchase your product. Gross.Review fromMeghan G

5 starsHad BizIQ clean up all my listings, etc, then redo my website and now showing up 1st on ************* searches. 1 starAwful Amateur website. Unresponsive to changes. New account person every time we tried to get the website correct. (We are a printing company and nothing on the website told about printing) Kept promising they would get it changed but it never happened. $4,000 in before we cancelled.
