    Still trying to get my $179.99 back from them! I canceled my card and they won't do a return the correct way. They sent the refund but my bank declined because they did it wrong so the system thinks they're trying to take money not return it. And now it's just a bunch of constant arguing with them! I WANT MY MONEY BACK FROM THESE THIEFS! THEY NEED TO DO A STRAIGHT RETURN!

    I changed my address from usps.com site. I found out that they charged me $179.95 instead of $1.00. How can I get my money back? Where do I need to call or email?******* Pant

    I had a charge for $179.95 on my account. I have never used this service, and when I tried to call the number, it immediately says "This party is not available" and the web page immediately times out. I had to cancel my debit card and file a dispute to get my funds back... SCAM, SCAM, SCAM!!!

    I contacted my bank about a debit card charge dated Feb. 21, 2023 that I did not recognize-- I have not moved this year. I was given the telephone #, but there was no one available during business hours to discuss this.This outfit is masquerading as the **** web page, and not disclosing that they are charging an exorbitant fee to forward mail from my deceased mother's address. Shame on them. ***********************************

    I just realized that you stole ****** dollars from me in the fall of 2021. I assume it is also you that charged 70 dollars to my account in 12/2021 under smrtrewards.com?? What kind of scam is this? Isnt it free to change your address?
