    "Absolutely the worst person I could have hired to redo my deck. He changed the price multiple times and never finished the job. He slept in my shed because he had no where else to go. Didnt even have a vechile to do the job. Expected me to pay for his **** and lyfts. I offered to let him stay in the house when I found out he was homeless and he left it a comete mess every day. Now he won't return any calls or texts. DO NOT HIRE HIM!!!"- AJ He sent me a picture of his deck which appeared smaller than it was over the phone I estimated the project to be $800.00 The price never changed. He expected things that were not included to be done without a price change. He asked me to fix a dish washer, that needed parts he didn't wanna pay for. His brother held a convicted fugitive up for days with guns and drugs because the criminal was scared to go home. And told me how he threw a party weeks prior that got raided and he had to throw drugs in the pool to evade arrest. ** delayed payment which with a rented floor ****** lead to me coming out of pocket for late returns. Lyfts are apart of the overall price when a vehicle isn't available and the customer was NOT charged extra. Sure I was homeless but being homeless didn't destroy the project. This guy's cheapness and high undeliverable expectations is what caused the collapse. I went negative and even offered the standard industry "change order" to include things he wanted taken care of but he wanted everything for NOTHING. Come to find out this deck when measured camed in at somewhere in the ********* sq. **. Range. (My charges were equivalent to .50 / sq. Ft. ) Where as the standard industry price for a stain job is $1.00-$2.00 / sq.ft. he was getting everything for 50% off guys. And his deck was 95% sanded when the project was abandoned. Leaving only the stain that needed to be applied. Cheapness is not construction guys.
