    As a parent you do your research for a "driving school" to teach your teenager how to drive. Here is my experience.The driver came out to my home to pick my daughter up and drove her 45 minutes away to a site to teach her the "basics" and the driver drove her back (another 45 minutes). Mind you I'm paying for 2.5 hours I reached out, not a very happy to express concern, only to be told repeatedly "the instructor might have felt she wasn't ready and drove her to a site so she can practice." Again...45 min away instead of local parking lots at parks?I made the comment maybe she should change instructors, I was told to go online. So I did, I ended up calling the number to get help, and I didn't like the tone of the woman so She said she talked to the owner of the company and he sides with her. I asked for him to call me back in 24 hours, because the circle game is getting boring.Honestly everyone...when the owner of a company answers the phone and says "Your gonna let me talk first." It's game over. I kept my tone, his raised, infact his yelling so excessive I didn't have to put him on speaker, my ********** could hear the screaming. I told him how social media will love this review. Also told him to not speak to me that way, he came off EXTREMELY defensive and again, he screamed something (at this point my co-workers are questioning HIS behavior.After we hung up he proceeded to text me some pretty nasty things. Which already "said owner" is in the wrong. He has crossed a line, acted completely unprofessional, beyond rude and harrassed me after our phone conversation texts. Also threatened me that any negative comments on social media he will get a lawyer involved. But its ok for him to tell me that im a bad mom? He doesn't want his name smeared (maybe act a little more professional?)So no, I definitely don't recommend this company to help your child. Go somewhere else.

    I would like to thank the owner of the company for responding to my complaint. Not acknowledging the situation, calling names and threating to call authorities on me to have my child removed on a social media platform was all I needed to make a valid case for court. All I wanted to know is why was time taken away from my daughter for 2.5 hours of driving lessons, and now this has been escalated. I thank you for the paper trail, everything has been date and time stamped. My lawyer will be in contact.

    Anastacia , you need to seriously stop this. You are really getting out pf hand with your lies and dishonesty. 1) I simply told you that if you about defamation of character as you said "Thank God for social media" that you are going to bad mouth my name and my company. If you do or did this I will contact my attorney to send you a cease and desist!2) I never threatened you! I never once said I was going to try and remove your child from face book. You made this one up!3) Yes i did tell you I was going to call the police on you, due to the way you were acting and continue to act. I think the police or someone should really do a wellness check! You contact your lawyer, cause I did nothing! Please leave me and my company alone and just move on! (Stop harassing me)We wish you the best!

    HI *****, I would like to say thank you again for acting very professional when portraying your company on this website and on the other website when consumers have free speech and can leave their feedback on companies like yours. Now I believe on March 23rd on the other website which I have left the same review you said and I quote " I will be contacting child protection services on this parent. Her daughter is not in a safe environment at her home." I'm more than happy to supply your lawyer the fantastic paper trail that I am accumulating. Speaking of lawyer...you are not able to service a cease and desist letter to me, I have the right to freedom of speech and I am allowed to speak the absolute truth with the experience that my daughter and now I have from your company Cantor's driving school, and now from you. The only time a cease and ***** can be used is if the other party has threatened or harassed the other party. Which in this case...I should actually be serving you. I am more than happy to supply your lawyer with the fantastic paper trail that you are leaving behind. Everything has been date and time stamped. You said you have never threatened me, but then threatened to call *** is a whole new level for the owner of a business, Please provide proof of my harassment, and your lawyer and I can compare notes at what time I "harrassed" you. I have never once called you names like you seem to do repeatedly. So yes, please give your lawyer my phone number, you know, the one you blocked because you felt the need to act like a child.

    Like anything in life as it relates to business your experience will be based on the employee you interact with. Unfortunately for us the driving instructor my daughter had wasnt a good match for her. So this review is based on her experience with *******************************. Ive seen other Cantors reviews mention driving instructors that they highly recommend so our review isnt really a reflection of Cantors business as a whole. Throughout her behind the wheel lessons I instructed my daughter to keep notes on her experience & this is what she had to say:-continuously turning up the radio when I purposely turned it down to focus -being indirect with answers when I asked a question -Having a nonchalant attitude and tone when we were driving, getting snappy fast, having moments when she snatched the wheel -waiting until were up on a sign to instruct me on it instead of telling me while we are a little ways behind -being silent for majority of our rides! I felt as if I didnt learn anything, and I had to piece things together as we went, there was no direct instruction throughout the courses Before booking with Cantors my daughter already had a little experience operating a motor vehicle. Our reason for putting her in driving school was for her to learn the laws of the road, that didnt happen. She did pass her driving test in the end but ******** expressed that she didnt feel she was ready to drive. To me that is also a reflection of her teaching. We do feel like we wasted almost $700. Thankfully she is driving fine & out & about on her own.
