    This company (gadgets4dudes) offers products for no cost, except for the shipping cost. This occurance offered a ******* tool kit for free if you simply paid for the shipping cost of $6.99. After not receiving the tool kit and seeing that they had charged my bank account, I first called several times with no answer. I then sent the customer care department the emial below:Hello,Below is a charge to my bank account from your company after I responded to your online advertisement for a ******* Tool Set. Your advertisement stated that the tool set was a free gift for only paying the shipping charges ($6.99).I paid this using my bank debit/credit card, and never received the tool set -- but you didnt hesitate to charge my bank account). Below is a cut/paste from my bank account 12/2/2022DBT/WDR 000007820165GADGETS4DUDESCOM TEL8554628615 AZ($6.99)Im not sure how you would like to handle this so please let me know asap. or contact me with any questions.I would appreciate your response within 24 hours after which time I will report this to my bank, my CC company and the BBB.Again - no response after two emails and multiple phone calls.
