SVG Brand is a scam. They took $20K in a management fee, then they took another $20K for inventory and nothing was ever done, not one sale. SVG is a SCAM. Receipts attached.

SVG Brand Group handled my amazon store. They promised me, 25% returns on my investment. SVG and ****** are a fraud. On May 2021, to join SVG I paid him 35k. In 3 years, I only made approximately 5-8k in ROI. He made me open 4 stores because ****** kept deactivating my stores for violations. He made me invest 7k in home deport gift cards to full-fill one of my stores. Also, ****** is still holding approximately 21k from one of my stores that got suspended. Please don't trust SVG and this guys, he claims he is the best in the business. He is the best to steal your money. You might say, how stupid you can be for investing so much money, but he creates this financial freedom in your head that you believe him.

On 12/5/2023 we entered into an agreement with SVG Brand Group, paying SVG a $25,000 fee. They agreed to manage an Amazon store for us. Stating that we needed between $10K and $40K in inventory. We decided we'd spend $40K on our first order. We continued to talk (via text and phone calls) with ********************************* all through December, January, February and into March. Asking when an inventory order would be placed for our Amazon store. We spoke with ****** at least weekly and he continued to assure us they were doing everything they could to get inventory items purchased for our store. On March 1st, we were invoiced for $40K of inventory items, in which we paid using 0% business credit cards. ****** assured us that SVG knew the best products and the stores they manage gross on average of 25% profit and would turn over every 4-6 weeks. There was a problem with the payment processing company and a refund was issued on our cards then had to wait for SVG to re-invoice through another company. We have now paid $40K for inventory, and was informed that delivery was about 5 weeks. Starting on week 7, we are texting ****************** (as he stopped answering our calls) asking for when inventory will be in our store. ****** (who is listed as the owner on all paperwork and previously informed us he was the owner) now states he's only a consultant and is no longer our point of contact. Emailing with Naga, we finally get notification that inventory will be in our store. Roughly $9K (our cost) of inventory is sent to Amazon FBA warehouse. Within about a week, about half of that inventory was removed by Amazon because it was declared as fraudulent. Now we are down to right around $5K in inventory that was sold for a whooping $5,050 - $50 profit TOTAL on our investment. I've asked daily/weekly via text and email for statements on our account and we've asked repeatedly for a status on our $40K in inventory and for a call. They stopped all communication with us on 7/3/2024.

August 17, 2023, I sent SVG Brand Group $30,000. In exchange for that fee they said they would !) Open an Amazon online store that would be owned by me, and mad managed by SVG Brand Group. I was obligated to make a credit line available with at least $10,000 of credit available to pay for inventory and storage. They also said they had the marketing expertise to choose which inventory would be best suited to stock my store and show some profit. They never promised a specific dollar amount, but instead cited the fact that, on average, store owners were making between 10%, on the low end, and up to 25% on the high end, of their available inventory. So, for a $10,000 inventory he low end was $1,500, an I said I could live with that. SVG Brand Group also said they would send me a monthly invoice detailing what products were sold and the volume that was sold. I was obligated to replace the sold inventory so that the store would remain fully stocked. SVG Brand Group also said they were entitled to 30% monthly profits above what I needed to pay to replace inventory. I agreed to this. You can view the ad for their services at svgbrandgroup.com Sounds like a plan, right? Well, since sending SVG Brand Group $30,000 on August 17, 2023 I have received zero monthly invoices. As far as I know the store, supposedly managed by SVG Brand Group, has sold zero products and and has made zero profit. I never dreamed of becoming wealthy from this venture, but I did expect more than zero. It is now June of 2024. In the past few months I have sent at least ******************************************************************************************* 50% of the initial investment, which I thought was fair. I have also tried calling and texting the marketing director, a Mr. ****************** He is not answering either. Is the store still open? I don't know. I finally gave up trying to contact SVG Brand Group. They are either not there, or they are just avoiding me.

I Brandon ******, paid SVG Brand group initially an initial fee of ****** dollars via credit cards through various banks on various dates. I first came into contact by this company by a friend who contact me to the owner of SVG Brand Group named *********************************. Most of my communication with this company has been through text messages with ******. For the first couple of months my amazon account and communication with ****** was great. once my amazon account was deactivated on 9/7th of 2023, it felt as the company and ****** no longer cared for my account or me or the services i paid them to do. On various occasions i asked ****** for a refund on the services i no longer was receiving. He kept just giving me the run around and telling me they are working on a solution to continue helping. He stated he purchased an aged account for me so i can sell my product due to them being unable to deactivate my account. I have yet to see proof of this aged account but i had believed them and they asked me for a payment of ******** on 11/21, 2023 for product to be sold on this so called aged account. After various attempts for updates on the product, i didn.t receive any communication regarding my product. In an attempt to acquire a refund i began a dispute with **************** for the transaction amount of ******** on 1/5/2024. After Amex sent emails to SVG regarding my refund, ****** the next minute threatened me with legal fees close to ****** due to there payment processor to be down. After talks with ****** i confided in him, I cancelled my chargeback dispute. He then went on to tell me he sent the product i purchased was shipped to ****** to be sold. After I set up 5 appointments with him which he either cancelled or missed, he began to cuss me out and tell me he will be finished with this partnership and will refund me my product payment and after that we will figure out the rest. As of today i have not see any refunded money from him and or the company.
