      Written transaction date was Sept 12th, 2022. Job was not started immediately, he had to schedule with the city.Job requested and paid for: 200 Amp all in one electrical panel.New circuit to the garage.Install thermostat.Install doorbell.Restore outlets on east side of kitchen wall.Verify all circuits in the house.The electrical panel was installed but nothing was labeled on the panel as to what breaker is for what area of the house. The circuit in the garage is not working and has affected the circuits of the wall behind the garage (inside the house).Thermostat and doorbell were not installed. *** was to provide Circuit Directory after verifying all circuits in the house, also not done.We have made numerous attempts to reach him without success. We have asked to come and finish the job and has not done so.We ask that he sends someone other than himself or to issue a refund so I can contract someone else.We paid him by check $1250. + $1250. + $600. And by Cash $200. + $500

      ESI completed the scope of work for ******** ********. She wanted some additional items which amounted to $500. We gave her that quote and she said she didnt have the money. We suggested that she call us back when she had the money to do that additional work. That was the end of our conversation and we never heard from her again.
